Registrations for courses/classes are binding. Only reported absences due to illness can be compensated for by the next group's course class. Other absences will not be compensated unless agreed upon before the course begins. - If you cancel your participation in the course, it must be done 5 days before the course begins. - An uncancelled course will be charged in full. - The dog owner is always responsible for their dog and any damage it may cause, including during training. If the dog destroys something during treatment or training, the owner must replace the broken objects/things.
